I first joined a City Pool Intro to Freediving hosted by FCOA Founder Jeroen Elout September 2018. I finished Batch 1 FCOA 10-Day Sponsored Vipassana Coach Training Program held in Muelle, Puerto Galera October 2018 hosted by Dive Instructor Jeroen Elout. Beyond grateful a non-swimmer like me learned how to survival float in open water, Last at Sea simulation, and finally interact with the amazing underwater marine life ! Freediving is a lifestyle that I embraced up to the present. 😊
