Bio

Proficient swimmer since childhood, I began freediving in 2019, alone and without equipment. I created my own training, including picking up 3.5 kg of lead weights at 18 m depth, using only mask and snorkel. Jeroen Elout helped me improve my freediving and coaching skills further. I aim for 20 m REC and enjoy helping others overcome their fear of water and depth. I coach strictly as a gift and only if it will genuinely benefit the person (for more info, see m.facebook.com/groups/208646758091940/).
